Day 30 of 2020

So I have now acquired another four qualifications, and am working as a specialist teacher.  I have also been working on some robot training on a linguistics project, which has been quite enjoyable so far.

I have also completed two artsy courses, and have another six courses to complete on the other project, which is likely to be more applicable to the website.

Tomorrow I will be reopening one of the shops, and probably working on some other stuff.

Taking a bit of time off the sewing, and feeling a little bit better as a result.  Still a lot of work to do and I am itching to move things on. The graphics courses, surprisingly are a bit of a chore, but it is essential.

Met an astonishing mentor, who has given me several alternative  but essential directions to pursue, and am looking forward to things settling down a bit so that I can work with her.

Need to do a bit of work on the other websites, so I will be remaining quiet for a bit.

I seem to be achieving quite a bit though, so happy with that.

Haven’t seen much of Bawbag recently. Grumpy looking rather sheepish, which is quite gratifying.

Need to sort out my ITIN again which is an absolute bore.  Why a country the size of America has a tax office which would barely accomodate the accountancy of Whitburn I do not know.

Hello Monkey!

The above is what happens when you teach small children.  You end up hearing the stuff all the time.

Will be working on creating some bespoke courses next, since it is the one skill I value from my recent studies.

I am now working hard on graphics work whilst finishing up the cushions and hopefully Little Shiva.

I have about three months of work to finish, and the new stuff will be starting whilst I do that.

In the meantime, I am considering devising an entirely new method of teaching, which is more flexible and creative.

We shall see how that goes.  I would like to do more with the games once I finish the first two epics.

I am now powered at work, which means I can do a bit more in the way of writing and studying there. That will speed things up quite a bit, hopefully.

Apart from that, very happy to announce that I will be changing just about everything in the next few months, I will announce changes to the website as I make them so you can check them out.  My health is also something of a priority as we move towards summer. I have been doing too much caring.

Day ten of 2020

So this morning I qualified as a teacher, which will make life somewhat better, and this evening I completed the first design course.  Four more to go.  I have abandoned the cushions for the moment, as I will just ruin them.  Apart from that, it is that tax return time of the year, so I am busy doing that.  I also have a number of interviews to attend.

I do not understand why Little Shiva, Haram Bawbag and Grumpy chose to act as they did, as their actions would appear to be sexist and/or racist.  I did not treat them at all badly.

I do not wish to speak to any more people for the moment. I am busy.

Not at all Surprising Development

So, in a not-at-all-surprising development, Grumpy turns out to be yet another wanker, which means that I have just wasted three months on designs which I will now ruin if I keep working on them.

I did say to myself that I should stick to the rules yesterday, and I stupidly gave him the benefit of the doubt.

Apart from that, I have decided to lock the car and not notice any further numpties that want to talk to me.  I will perhaps make a sign.

In other news, I am working hard on these courses and hope to have at least one finished this evening, which will open up a few new opportunities.  Perhaps capitalising on this by identifying more that are worthwhile.  I will report back on this new field in the event it is worth pursuing.

By the time I am finished these, I will be a relatively well trained graphic designer, although I will not be using it for graphic design, which is well served by hundreds of thousands of people with fingers, and I will be a qualified teacher, although whether I will want to teach anybody I do not know.

In any case, getting rid of obstacles is a good idea if you want to progress.
